Show the build stack in the stack command

A stack can be set but not deployed yet. It can be surprising to see a different stack than being deployed than the one on heroku stack.

Can we add some text here in addition to the color? Maybe “* cedar-14 (active on next deploy)”.

yes and I think the asterisk should only be displayed for the current active as well
