unpin heroku/nodejs version #56

It's not clear why we're pinning this version, and it seems like we'd want to take advantage of the buildpack updates as they happen

Buildpack v98 uses semver.io for resolving versions. Heroku buildpacks don't use semver.io anymore and semver.io is not actively maintained. So there will be occasional hiccup like this.

Unpinning should solve the issue #47.
