Confusing output, copying failed but output says success #14

Here's the output I received:

-----> Multi-procfile app detected
cp: cannot stat '/tmp/build_0d944b27860d764851a2c6afda0f8278/rappa-frontend/Procfile': No such file or directory
       Copied rappa-frontend/Procfile as Procfile successfully

I pushed a new change and the procfile has been moved, so why does it say success?
