Hello , I have built a streamlit application that displays what is below, how am I to use the heroku-buildpack-python repo to be able to deploy the app w Heroku knowing some pakages have to be installed w conda (cartopy & regionmask)?

I manage bulding up both a .yml file and a requirements.txt file thank you
