Which GDAL versions are available ? #24

It seems that not all released GDAL versions are available ? I would need GDAL 3.2.X.

@girardinsamuel Hi!

I've documented the currently available versions in #31. Unfortunately GDAL 3.x isn't currently compiling, and will need someone to fix the build before it can be made available via this buildpack. If you or anyone else is able to take a look, there are more details in #30.

Closing this since the title is about available versions, and that part is now closed :-)
