Install PROJ-8.2.1 #26

Hello,

How can I install PROJ-8.2.1 ?

https://bucketeer-9aa8f376-a619-404c-b004-6db0317bcfe8.s3.amazonaws.com/heroku-20/PROJ/PROJ-8.2.1.tar.gz does not exist, do you have any version > 6.2 on heroku 20 ?

@sebfie Hi!

I've just built/uploaded PROJ v8.2.1 in #36.

To use it, you'll need to set the env var PROJ_VERSION to 8.2.1: https://github.com/heroku/heroku-geo-buildpack#default-versions https://github.com/heroku/heroku-geo-buildpack#available-versions

If there are any issues with the new version let me know :-)
