Add logging to show what download is doing #20

First time usage, it is strange to not know what the command is doing.

This will print this output:

Downloading slug vXXX: UUUID from APP
Downloading... ████████████████████████▏  100% 00:00 XX.YYMB
Extracting downloaded slug
