qr code doesn't work on default mac terminal settings #11

on the default MacOS white background, the QR code shows up as grey/black and my phone couldn't read it :(

Hey @hypatia, Pedro and I can repro this. Maybe we can solve by adding message below console ASCII art telling people to use the --browser thing
