Document `--browser` option #32

It's currently in the readme, heroku help 2fa doesn't show it. Probably we should also display the option under the barcode displayed in terminal in case people can't get it to work due to wonky terminal colors or similar.

@brandur do you think it might be worthwile to also show under the CLI QR code somehow? In case the camera can't pick up the QR code due to lack of contrast or something.

@friism Ah, I think it does. The current output during activation contains this:

If you can't scan this qrcode please use 2fa:enable --browser.
