Heroku Create error #1871

Using the Heroku create command I continually get the outcome:

Error: No such file or directory - git remote 2>&1 (Errno::ENOENT) Version: heroku/toolbelt/3.42.25 (i386-mingw32) ruby/2.1.7 Error ID: 3638b644989241ffa9a0a9e7878f2c62
