Errno::ENOENT #821

I reinstalled the latest Heroku Toolbelt version on Windows 7 64-bit Rusian and whenever I use any command (e.g. login, update ... etc.) I receive the following error:

Work if in updater.rb commented line number 144

background_update!

I had the same problem on Windows XP and I "solved" it the same way as you.

This is a very old issue, and might have been fixed in the past 21 months or so. Does this problem persist with the latest version of the Heroku CLI?
