This is my first attack at a pulse metric, so no worries about offending me if I went about it the wrong way.

I'd like to be able to see api creates per minute.

I did a force push here to clean up my past mess, which destroyed the previous conversation. Always wondered what would happen in that case. Sorry about that.

Here is a new metric without the front-end changes as you previously recommended.
