Heroku Dyno Builds and Dashboard

Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

The build log for deployments in the Dashboard is simple text. Adding ANSI codes to add colors would improve ability to follow build progress.

Would also be great to organize the build steps/activities and be able to view the status and messages of each step.
