Online Private spaces

Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

In response to feedback and demand, we have made the decision to introduce Heroku Private Spaces for our online customers. This product was previously available exclusively to Heroku Enterprise users which needed an Enterprise Salesforce subscription and contract, as part of our ongoing commitment to One Heroku, we aim to extend its benefits to our online customers.

Will the private space ($1k monthly fee) support High Security for Healthcare DB with PHI (Patient Health Information) ??? Our current Heroku DB does not include any sensitive patient health records. We expect to add PHI data in 2024 and are looking Vendor for options where price is a major factor. SO our question is - if we upgrade to the Private Space will the private space provide security for patient health information - if so in what form ? encryption - services ??? Appreciate your reply - thanks

Heroku does have HIPPA-compliant products eg Shield Private Spaces. Please find the compliance certifications here https://www.heroku.com/compliance.

However, hoping you would be available for a quick call to go over your use-case.
