Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

Add BYPASSRLS option when creating a new Postgres role/credential (BYPASSRLS attribute) that can unlock some use cases that cannot be implemented otherwise (e.g. https://github.com/windmill-labs/windmill/blob/main/init-db-as-superuser.sql)

Thank you @abernicchia-heroku for reporting this issue. We are investigating this, but likely won't be delivered until next year.
