Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

When I tried to connect to my account for manage my deployment, an error occured with error message "We can't complete your request right now. Try again later.".

At sign in a request failed : https://vaas-ve-edge-frankfurt.salesforce.com/vaas/v1/resources/verifications body : {"allowed_verifier_types":"temp_token,webauthn.platform,webauthn.cross-platform,sfa,totp,recovery_codes"}

response : { "error_code": 404, "error_message": "Not Found: No verifiers found matching allowed types" }

The problem is because I don't have the multi-factor authentication enabled on my account (contact the support team to unlock your account support@mail.support.heroku.com).

Solution is to accept the connection and ask to set up the multi-factor or make multi-factor mandatory when a user create a account.

I am facing the same issue

ValentinLe commented 10 months ago

@tylerlong I found why, it's because you don't have set up your multi-factor authentification. I contacted support (support@mail.support.heroku.com) and they made sure that the next time I connect I can configure it.
