Provide account emails in add-on reports

Tell us about what you're trying to solve. What challenges are you facing?

Heroku reports for add-ons like Redis Cloud (https://elements.heroku.com/addons/rediscloud) list users with a heroku_id like app12345678@heroku.com instead of the account email. This makes it impossible for us to create any outreach to our joint customers. Please add the actual account email to the add-on reports.

Is this because you want to reach out to just the "account owners" on Heroku, or because you'd like to email all the folks that are using your add-on on Heroku? We do provide ways for you to get email addresses of the Heroku customers that use your add-on: https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/syncing-user-access-as-an-ecosystem-partner#get-a-full-list-of-heroku-users

... but I understand if that doesn't provide an easy-to-use mechanism and that you'd like to see improvements.

Is the outreach you're looking to of a general marketing nature or more individual? (either is fine, just trying to understand your use case)
