Beginning June 3, 2024, we are directing authorized users to the correct tools for team-level licensing and usage views. As a result, the team usage tab will no longer be accessible.
Currently, this dashboard displays Heroku usage for a specific team as a portion of the licensed resources for the entire account without showing consumption from other teams on the account. This view has led to customer confusion about total consumption.
Ensuring you have clear, actionable usage and licensing data is our top priority. All Heroku users with the Billing permission can still view the current month’s usage and licensing data for their entire account. You can view usage data by downloading a .csv file from the Enterprise account’s Usage tab on the Heroku dashboard. The .csv file shows all usage across the account, divided by team. As we improve the user experience for team-level views, your Enterprise usage will only be visible to the Enterprise account users who have the Billing permission. Top-level administrators and team admins should work together to determine if additional levels of access are warranted.
