Gyro and accel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have v2.1 shield with 9DOF sensor board and Arduino Mega.
2. The calibrator v3.0 says that my gyro and accel are calibrated. 

The configurator screen shows zero readings from both gyro and accel. I can 
only see magnetometer values. My H/W seems fine. 

I would be grateful to any help to fix this issue. I am new to the community. I 
am sorry if this sounds a simple problem to you.

Hello, please note that v3 Configurator is not compatible with v2.5 Flight 
Software.  We are in the middle of releasing v3 Configurator and Flight 
Software by the end of this week!  In the meantime please use v2.5 Flight 
Software with v2.7 Configurator.
