accelScaleFactor definition in Mega_V2 class and _v1 class are swapped. #35

In accel.h that the accelScaleFactor= assignment & associated comments are 
swapped between accel_AeroQuadMega_v2 and accel_AeroQuad_v1.  This hasnt 
affected anything yet because accelScaleFactor does not appear to be used in 
any active calculation but it should be corrected before it is.
