More program space savings

Ted,

Do this..

a) comment out the following variables in the aeroquad.h file
  - axis
  - motor
  - channel

b) now build the software and for each place where the compile breaks, add the 
word *byte* before the use of the three above

c) now go back and search for those that didn't get fixed due to build define 
options, I searched for *motor =*, *axis =* and *channel =* to find a couple of 
others.

This will save approx 400-500 bytes additional over the other space savings 
provided so far.

ps. this is related to ala42 found savings and he did it in receiver.h already.
