Migrating Virtual Machines in MiG #8

Tomas Groth Christensen is working on the Migrating Virtual Machines in MiG
project.  

The idea is to let the user set up his job in a VM running locally and then
suspend and submit that VM as a job to continue on actual grid resources.

Jonas will support Tomas in relation to getting the project going on a MiG
developers account.

Responsibility for the actual integration of the results into the MiG
personal pages will be delegated when the project is finished.
