Integrate from Wolfram Winter Deutsche Bahn (original from GeoExt.ux 
BaseLayerCombo.js)
Add combobox to switch baselayers.
Missing tooltip in 'BaseLayerCombo.js'

Ok done, see also the example:
http://lib.heron-mc.org/heron/latest/examples/baselayercombo

Had to fix an issue to  not include the Map in the LayerStore, otherwise all 
layers would render in the ComboBox
