Luxury / Facilities #39

Facilities. LUX isn’t correctly calculating. But I think you’re already looking at that.

Other than that I think it looks pretty good. LUXURY needs trimming down to 1 decimal place (it says 84.21052631578947%) and there are occasional formatting things but those are really trivial.

Issue was with crew calculation, not luxury calculation (crew calculation affects luxury calculation)
