Unable to Oath

Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be logged into 2 domains (I have google.com as /u/0 and gmail.com as /u/1
2. Try to authorize the app
3. Get an error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see the resulting chrometophone website. Instead I see this:
