Chrometophone not showing on my chrome to browser #379

I recently changed laptops and have downloaded chrometophone which I used on my 
previous laptop, however the "chrometophone" button is not showing up beside my 
address bar. 

How do I get it to install properly. I tried to reinstall from market but it 
says that it is installed already.

I am having this same problem.   I had to reload my operating system, windows 
Vista.   Then I reinstalled the Chrome Browser. But now there is no Chrome to 
Phone icon on the chrome browser.    So then I try to reinstall Chrome to Phone 
on the Chrome Browser, but the install app says that it is already install.  

So I decided to uninstall it from my Android Phone.   Now I can't even 
reinstall!

I know it works with my phone because I had it working before I had to 
reinstall the OS.
