Chrome to phone is not working #381

I installed Chrome to phone on my android device. Last week it was working 
absolutely fine. I was able to send the links to my android device. But now 
when i send the links i don't get it and it says sent to phone and device 
doesn't get it.

So please do the need full. I didn't change anything.
