read actions from local players simultaneously #9

one player types their action with WASD, the other with arrow keys; extra actions and decisions should be read from the nearer keys, so two players can play in a single keyboard.

there are onscreen controls in prototype 2, so this issue is not directly addressable anymore. an action queue is a correlated need (in which it allows multiple commands to be interpreted at once by the game), so a specific issue will be created and this one will be closed.
