Update welcome text on search form index page

I’ve drafted a proposed revision to the home page of oanda.sca.org which highlights the name pattern search form rather than the exact-match version.

I’m sure there’s room for further improvement, but hopefully we can make some small changes to start and then increment from there.

I've included it, but in a subsidiary position because I think that 99% of the time people are better off using the name pattern search form rather than the exact-match form.

• The Name Pattern Search Form finds items associated with a name. The pattern feature matches partial names and supports wildcards, so you can use it even if you don't know the exact spelling of the full name. There's also an exact-match Name Search Form which only works if you have the exact spelling of the full name.

You can see an example of this text at my site, although the formatting at the top and bottom of the page is different.
