More attractive styling for the table using CSS.
Switched phrasing from "Da'ud Encoding" to "Da'ud Notation" because that's the name used on heraldry.sca.org.
Additional introductory text explaining how the encoding works.
Added curly braces around the Da'ud codes in the table to make usage more obvious.
Added semicolons after the HTML entities that didn't already have them.
Moved the Unicode character before the Unicode code point so the three character columns are adjacent.
Sorted the table alphabetically rather than by numerically by Unicode code point so that all of the "capital A with some kind of diacritical mark" lines appear at the top and all of the "small z with some kind of diacritical mark" lines are at the bottom.
Added footnotes explaining the non-standard Unicode names used for the four most-recently-added characters.
Updated Daud/make_table.pl to generate this new, prettier version of the table.
