Board: Use of mouse move event is questionable for touch devices #9

The mouse move event is used to display where the stone would be placed. This works well on desktop machines that have a mouse device, but on touch devices the use of mouse move event is questionable.

Safari in iOS deals with this quite gracefully, but no other browsers, either on iOS or on other operating systems, have been tested.
