"Select player" screen with transparent background when no players available #421

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Start a human vs. human game
  2. Navigate to Settings > Players
  3. Delete all computer players
  4. Select "New Game" from the main menu
  5. In the Human vs. Computer tab, tap on the "Computer" item

Expected: Selection screen shows up with placeholder text on non-transparent background. Actual: The placeholder text is shown, but the background is transparent.
