Can not type Kinzi င်္ #9

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Keymagic from http://goo.gl/EatQ (as given on MITP)
2. Choose ယူနီ-ဇောဂျီ
3. Type [ + F + o + m

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected င်္ဟသာ
Got ဟသာ

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Keymagic 1.3 on Windows Vista 32 Bit

Please provide any additional information below.
It seems Kinzi character appear momentarily on the screen as it gets 
automatically deleted.
