What are you thinking bout an icon?
I think

would be nice.

That is indeed a nice icon. Any chance we could get our hands on the 
vector-graphics source in order to 
customize it, say, with an 'SS' logo?

both displaying a Beamer slide.

I like your idea, but I don't like the beamer slide - too much clutter. Maybe 
we could try to put just the word 
SplitShow in a nice font on both screens? Not really sure about that, though. 
Or how about the PDF icon? That 
could be nice.

What about a chart on the screens?  Like a presentation slide but less 
cluttered than the Beamer slide.
