debian: activate apparmor or selinux #32

To protect the nodes from malicious containers apparmor or selinux should be activated.

Debian buster seems to have apparmor installed by default, but only when installing the recommended packages: https://www.debian.org/releases/stable/i386/release-notes/ch-whats-new.html#apparmor
