item contact form submit button bug

• login as user who posted item or admin or super.
• submit item contact form so that it fails with errors.
• click submit button again will display dialog same as clicking delete item button

This has something to do with id's. Delete button has id="#yt0" and when item contact form loads via AJAX, it gets the same id.
