Cut these to first 10k reads for size reasons. Should we host on Zenodo also? Can't add files to existing DOI once published, so we'd need to version it. NB: sequencing_summary will disappear in POD5, so this is going to be deprecated very quickly

Versioned Zenodo to 1.1 (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.7606204) with these files added
