Filters do not match on names or coordinates present in 3rd party packets #21

The APRS packet parser of aprsc does not look at the contents of 3rd party packets (starting with a '}') at all, and filters do not catch packets based on contents of those packets.

Fixed in SHA: 0a41e69a9fb9ce8e232b2f8a8483450c8f971fa1 / aprsc 1.8.1 for most filters. Contents of 3rd party packets are now parsed.
