I don't have the right to edit the wiki but the extension works also with

Yes, but the problem is to decide whether the extension works correctly on some webpage or not automatically. For instance, many webpages import pbjs but never use it, and it's better not to say that the extension works there. We might need to accept cookies, and reload the page a couple of times until we actually see an ad served through header bidding.
