Please note that the scope is changing, so we should somehow handle both old and new files, if only to use as a showcase when talking to drivers. If necessary and easier, duplicate the experience to "Uber Driver (2019 extract)" and "Uber Driver".

@emmanuel-hestia what you did is very useful, it would be great to have only the body text with date, subject, sender and recipient, there are symbols that make it hard to read the text, also the accents in French give errors
