I can imagine different forms of this at individual level:
like with Uber destinations, a bipartite graph showing pairs of advertisers and Lookalike criteria
like with the Google Maps "One Place" tab, sort of produce a localized graph that travels x times from a given entity in the bipartite graph, maybe conditioned on being visible a certain number of times.
This should produce something nice around aggregate views as well.
