licensee bits #10

some bit of info regarding the license fields, the first 16 bits of the 64bit field (when not 0 or 0xFFFF, along with the rest of the signed 64bit [-1] which is the only 'unrestricted'): TYPE_XUID = 0x0009, TYPE_USER_PRIVILEGES = 0xB000, TYPE_HV_FLAGS = 0xC000, TYPE_KEY_VAULT_PRIVILEGES = 0xD000, TYPE_MEDIA_FLAGS = 0xE000, TYPE_CONSOLE_ID = 0xF000, I've never run into 0x3 in my searches and afaik xam doesn't process it/will reject it out of hand on containers that it looks at these fields for.

Sorry to submit as an issue, there doesn't seem to be any other way to pass this info along without trying to involve myself in the project.
