Achievement Icon Corrupted? #39

I've posted this on youtube comment section too, but hopefully it gets caught quicker here. Here's what I wrote:

I think I may have a problem. So I was trying to use the achievement unlocker for the game GTA IV. But I think it may have corrupted one of my achievements, the tile or icon doesn't show up nor can I share it. It's just that particular game, the achievement is from Ballad of Gay Tony's "Gold Star" Achievement. I specifically followed everything. I only was going to unlock 2 remaining achievements, and thats when I noticed it. Has this happened before? Someone please help?

The ID is 0x39 Address 0x712D1 and size is 0x1A11 in Xdbf Viewer. I think it's bugged. The achiement wont show up in achievement unlocker.

This also happens to me, with different games and achievements. When the time stamp from one achievement is edited (it doesn't matter wich game it is or wich achievement it is), at least one of the images of the GPD will disappear. It doesn't have to be GTA IV, I never played GTA IV.
