 Whenever I add a game to my profile, unlock an achievement, or avatar award, it creates extra copies of the unlocked or added content. Unlocking avatar awards for multiple games or multiple awards for one game corrupts the GPD and will also cause the unlocked date when the profile is re-downloaded from XBOX LIVE.

This also happens to me. Images/icons from the GPD will disappear, achievements will be duplicated or completely removed, etc. For example, I can't change a "locked" achievement to "unlocked offline" and vice-versa, because if I do that the GPD will become corrupted.

I am having the same issue. Duplicate achievements. My xbox 360 will show "51 of 51" but their is one that is not unlocked, and one that is double unlocked. I am going to mess around with it on an offline console.
