games with avatar awards dissapear from my profile #46

these games when i add to my profile is fine, unlock the awards normally, when i copy to my xbox and conect to live to download the awards appears a message that say the items need updates bla bla bla and after this not appears that games in my profile or my awards :( please anyone have a way to fix this ?
