Could there be a function to send alert once a logistics tower's inventory is low? #24

For instance, user can set up an alert (similar as flow monitor on the belt), that if the selected material in a tower drops below a line (or a percentage) then there is an alert sent.

Such function is similar to, but cannot be replaced (implemented) by belt flow monitor because a belt may be fluactuating or be running intermittantly as desired. By monitoring inventory in the supply logistics tower, user will be able to better understand if there is a disruption in the supply chain.
