Favicons in tabs do not function in Safari 9.0 Seed 1 #28

Safari 9.0 Seed 1 was just released, and while SafariStand seems to load just fine, and some features such as dated download folders work, tab bar favicons do not.

To expand on this, most of the tab bar tweaks seem to be broken due to apples update on pinned tabs. For example, the address bar resize works fine but the tab bar resize does not. Tested on Safari shipped with El Capitan Beta Seed 2

@dvcrn: Apple also pushed out this seed for 10.10 (dev channel), and I get crashes on context menus (see https://github.com/hetima/SafariStand/issues/29).
