Fix duplicate tab favicons on pinned tabs #47

This fixes https://github.com/hetima/SafariStand/issues/45 by disabling favicons for pinned tabs.

Some people might want to replace them instead, but this would require additional logic to disable the Safari-provided icons.

This only fixes favicons for tabs that are already pinned upon opening the browser. It does not fix pinning of new tabs.

It seems author lost interest to this project. May be you give us compiled bundle?
