SafariStand 9.0.217 stopped working on El Capitan with Safari 9.0.2 #50

I got SafariStand to work on my mac with El Capitan for months, by disabling SIP (it was worth it for me).

Last night, after quitting and relaunching Safari, SafariStand disappeared. I re-installed SIMBL using the instructions from https://github.com/norio-nomura/EasySIMBL/issues/26#issuecomment-117028426, copied latest SafariStand bundle, but I guess something might have changed in Safari that is breaking Stand.

Someone with the same issue? Any ideas? Chrome is great, but it kills mac battery...

Tried to follow https://github.com/norio-nomura/EasySIMBL/issues/26#issuecomment-117028426 but after running sudo installer -verbose -pkg Downloads/SIMBL-0.9.9/SIMBL-0.9.9.pkg -target /

there is no /System/Library/ScriptingAdditions/SIMBL.osax file although terminal says "installer: The upgrade was successful."

What do I do wrong?

It worked in the end. Gorgeous! %)

there is no /System/Library/ScriptingAdditions/SIMBL.osax

This is ok. The line sudo rm -rf /System/Library/ScriptingAdditions/SIMBL.osax just deletes any previous version of that file (folder) You will install to that path later, with sudo mv /Library/ScriptingAdditions/SIMBL.osax /System/Library/ScriptingAdditions/
