Broken link for disease-genes download network-tables.zip #2

A user pointed out an issue with a download at http://het.io/disease-genes/downloads/:

Unfortunately the link network-tables.zip (https://github.com/dhimmel/het.io-dag-data/raw/d8028c8820322ae4ad7642998bccc3ee7318ff16/downloads/network-tables.zip) seems to be broken.

I'll look into and fix this.

Looks like data-tables.zip should be renamed to network-tables.zip.
